Our Raw Material: A Modern Approach To Ancient Wisdom
Frame Your Life, Naturally.
Values & Ideals Week: Think of your values list first as how you actually spend your time, and then how you'd like to be spending your time. When the blend of those two things becomes our goal, we find the motivation to get things done. Sometimes we become so stuck, one way or another, that we become unable to act without some detangling of the layers of judgments that get built around our unmet ideas. We must look to ideal outcomes in order to break the cycle of limiting beliefs. Spending time in the ideal playground will always broaden our perspective, and open our possibilities.

Try this at home: Create a values list. This can be an assessment of how you actually spend your time, a daily to-do list, and/or a list of things/qualities that are important to you -- mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. Knowing what is important to you is the first step to backing out of things that take your time and energy away from your own growth. Life doesn't have to be a series of tasks. It can just as easily be a place where we manifest things with curiosity, gratitude and awareness.
