This Week's Pillar: Emotion
Emotion Week asks us to bask in our feelings long enough to understand why we are having them (where they come from), but not long enough to wallow in them. These are indicators of our internal weather, so it helps to remember how quickly weather can change -- like the wind. 

Try this at home:  Treat your feelings with the same regard as the weather this week by checking in on them, observationally. How balanced do you feel? Which types of emotions do you experience the most? Identifying how we feel, regularly, keeps us from letting anything build up, energetically. That moment where people "finally say what they feel because they can't hold it in anymore" doesn't need to happen. By honoring our feelings (which play a HUGE role in our opinions), we get to keep the focus on things we value.
