START HERE:  This Week's Pillar: Wholeness

Wholeness Week:  This Pillar asks us to imagine that we are already perfect, in every single moment, exactly how we are. The mental shift is within our own beliefs and perspectives; how we see ourselves in relation to others, and also to the world at large. Every single thing we have been through contributes to who we are, along with the people places and things that we encounter along the way.The period between now and December 21 is the extended Winter Wholeness Week...Enjoy!

Try this at home: Look at yourself without criticism (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually). It's not easy! And it's just an exercise... Remember that you are already Whole! Use the voice that tells you that you are perfect exactly as you are to examine as much of yourself and your raw material as you are willing. Perfection as a concept that we will all agree upon is non-existent. Embracing exactly what we have long enough to gain a clear idea of what we want will shift the horizon and broaden our perspective just enough to simply feel better in our own skin (even if we already feel good!). Perfection lies in becoming an authentic representative of exactly who we are... which lets us be who we want to be!
