Food Week shows us the blueprints for our belief systems, and gives us permission to play with the architecture of how and why it formed they way it did -- emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically.

Try this at home: Check in on your core beliefs and test their mettle. Do you still believe the same things you did when you were younger? Has your system gotten more relaxed or more rigid over time? Is there anything contained within that system that you would like to work with for better understanding? If you want to take it further, give yourself permission to re-evaluate the things that limit your creative expression so that you feel more free to communicate exactly what you believe and why.
