Conflict Week can seem daunting, but it's actually fun to track down the things that keep us from getting what we want in many situations. Even though the Conflict Pillar exists to assist in working through the tough stuff, it is also the catalyst for manifesting the things we'd rather have in their place. There are some things we can't change, but we can always affect our own bodies by leaning into the healing powers of breathing.

Try this at home: Keeping it simple this week so that we can really get to the depth of some of these issues. Spend some time in your regular conflict and determine whether most of what bothers you is internal, societal, or related to personal relationships. Extra credit for finding where this energy exists in your body and 'working with it' so that you have an understanding of how to clear it. Ask yourself: what's the most you can do with your breath?
