Intention Week can be relaxing if we learn to pause in the chaos of everything we want and just watch it all move around. That is the only way to clear the judgement and/or comparisons that creep around our thoughts every single time we have a reaction to anything - positive or negative. The simple truth that we cannot possible meet all of our intentions will help keep your mind straight when you start to feel like you should be doing more.

Try this at home: We have a strong tendency to run from our own reactions when we don't like them. This week, call upon your snarkiest inner self and check in with what they have to say about what they don't like. Connecting the dots on why we have such strong reactions (even if they are only temporary) keeps us engaged with our mind/body connections, and as far as human intentions go, this helps lighten the larger load of all of the behaviors and reactions we have ignored along the way -- intentionally or not!
