Ignorance Week asks us to pause, listen, and make mind-body connections (especially when they include intentional breath!). Our expectations regarding common sense and common knowledge rarely match reality, yet we continue to believe it should so hard that we are making ourselves physically uncomfortable - discontent, despondent and diseased.

Try this at home: When you think someone else should know something, ask yourself to create reasons why they might not. Our experiences are vastly different, and so is our knowledge set. Extra credit: Try trusting what exists before you as 'correct', even though your mind expects a whole lot more.
